Mediation-Moderation Model: An Empirical Examination of Sustainable Women Entrepreneurial Performance towards Agricultural SMEs in Ivory Coast

The consistent finding of knowledge management practices with women’s entrepreneurial performance is one the gaps intended to fill in this paper. Several previous research studies on (KMPs) sustainable (SWEP) have been drawing attention many researchers, and study includes mediating role opportunity recognition (OR) moderating family interference (FI). Smart-PLS software was used test proposed hypotheses gathered data 450 women-entrepreneur respondents. findings show a positive significant impact KMPs entrepreneurship partial mediation between KMPs. Moreover, strengthens relationship performance. results that Ivory Coast, women face several challenges running their businesses. Therefore, it suggested combined effort entrepreneurs, interference, society, market opportunities, researchers can overcome challenges. Discussion based findings, suggestions made for practitioners.
